I offer a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. We work together through an active process that often involves more than talking. I may invite you to: ​

  • Tune into body sensations or emotions - we could also choose to explore with movement

  • Use role play to explore different parts of yourself or to understand conflicts in your relationships

  • Experiment together to try new behaviours or perspectives​​ ​

What is Gestalt?

Gestalt means "whole."  It is an approach that looks at your entire experience, including thoughts, emotions, and body. ​

Gestalt counselling is not about changing who you are. It is about becoming more aware of your triggers and relational patterns so you can overcome blocks, become more fully yourself, and build more satisfying connections.

I offer individual 50-minute sessions for 75 CHF. ​
