What is Prototyping?
A prototype is a model built to test a concept or a process. Prototyping is used to observe how a real working system functions, rather than a theoretical one.

In the context of design thinking applied to life design, prototyping means trying things. It means finding small and simple steps we can implement in our daily lives that can give us an understanding of how a certain path will work for us. An approach based on prototyping applied to designing our lives also means having an action-focused approach. To try, to experiment, fail, and try again.

The best way to find clarity in our lives it to try things in practice, rather than staying in our own head, and to use our observations from our prototypes to craft our own authentic path forward.
